Acceptance of Terms

By registering on YourTradeMentor and accessing any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform.

Membership & Access

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register
• One account per person — multiple accounts are not permitted
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Access is personal and non-transferable; sharing your account is prohibited
• Monthly renewal fees apply after the one-off registration fee

Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including videos, indicators, templates, written materials, strategies, and course content — is the intellectual property of YourTradeMentor and Dare Ijagbemi. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or share any content without express written permission.

Prohibited Conduct

• Sharing login credentials or content with non-members
• Recording, redistributing, or reselling mentorship sessions
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harassing or abusing other community members or staff
• Attempting to circumvent payment or access controls

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that is detrimental to our community. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of fees paid.

Limitation of Liability

YourTradeMentor and Dare Ijagbemi shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or consequential losses arising from the use of our educational content or mentorship. Your use of our platform is entirely at your own risk.

One-Off Registration Fees

The initial package fees (Silver $50 / Gold $200 / Diamond $500) are non-refundable once access to the members area, tutorial library, indicators, or any mentorship content has been granted. This is because the value is delivered immediately upon payment.

Monthly Renewal Fees

Monthly renewal fees ($50/month) can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future charges but does not result in a pro-rata refund for the current month already charged.

Exceptional Circumstances

If you believe you have been charged in error, or a technical fault prevented you from accessing the platform after payment, please contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a full or partial refund.

How to Request a Refund

• Email us at info@yourtradementor.com within 7 days
• Include your registered email address and transaction reference
• Describe the reason for your refund request
• Allow 5–10 business days for investigation and resolution

By Registering, You Declare That:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You understand that forex trading involves substantial risk of loss
• You are not relying on YourTradeMentor for financial advice
• You will only trade with capital you can afford to lose
• You understand that past results of the mentor or other students do not guarantee your own results
• You take full personal responsibility for all trading decisions you make

Purpose of Membership

You acknowledge that your membership is for educational and mentorship purposes only. YourTradeMentor does not manage your funds, operate as a broker, or provide regulated financial advice. All trading decisions are made independently by you.

Community Standards

You agree to engage respectfully within the YourTradeMentor Discord community and members platform. Sharing of third-party signals, spam, or abusive behaviour will result in immediate removal without refund.
